Last updated: October 28, 2026 These terms apply to Cat Translator ("the app"), made by Furkan Kaya (Kaya Apps), an individual developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. 1. Licence These terms are the end-user licence agreement for the app. They are between you and us only, not with Apple, and we, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (which also let other accounts in your Family Sharing group use the app where Apple offers that). 2. Last updated: November 2, 2026 Cat Translator ("the app") is made by Furkan Kaya (Kaya Apps), an individual developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with your information. In short: your recordings, photos and words stay on your iPhone or iPad; we use a small amount of usage and purchase data to run subscriptions, fix crashes and improve the app; we do not sell your data, show ads or track you across other companies' apps and websites. 1. What stays on your device The app's main features work entirely on your device: Cat sounds you record. The microphone is used only while you hold the record button. The recording is analysed on your device to pick a playful interpretation and is kept on your device so you can play it back. Recordings are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
